Sam Galloway Ford Lincoln is a fourth generation family owned dealership that has been doing business in Lee County since 1927. We support several different charitable organizations throughout Southwest Florida. Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.

Job Responsibilities

As a Consumer Experience  Service Advisor , you will be tasked with assisting customers to make Mobile Appointments as well as arranging for pick-up and delivery of customers vehicles and assure that our clients are given a "5 STAR EXPERIENCE".  

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor get approval from warranty companies
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
  • Update the customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Be available on the Service drive to meet and greet customers and assure that they are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele

  • The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
